You know that having some snacks in between your ordinary meals are good for your metabolism right? These healthy Japanese almonds is a perfect salty snack to keep in your bag to make sure your stomach gets all it needs to keep you up and running.

And also, both almonds and soy is known to reduce the risk of a heart attack and diabetes, big thumbs up!



  • 200g Almonds
  • 0,7cup Soy


How to Make Healthy Japanese Almonds:

  1. Mix Soy and Almonds together in a bowl.
  2. Let the Almonds absorb the soy for 4 hours, stir ones in a while to make sure all the Almonds are covered.
  3. Pour off the excess Soy.
  4. Spread the Almonds over a baking paper and put in the oven for about 20 minutes in 150ÂșC.
