- 200g Almonds
- 0,7cup Soy
How to Make Healthy Japanese Almonds:
- Mix Soy and Almonds together in a bowl.
- Let the Almonds absorb the soy for 4 hours, stir ones in a while to make sure all the Almonds are covered.
- Pour off the excess Soy.
- Spread the Almonds over a baking paper and put in the oven for about 20 minutes in 150ºC.
